Natalia is a Senior Open Science Officer at the National Science Centre Poland (NCN), the country’s largest funder of basic research. She contributes to the development of the EOSC Poland National Node and serves in two EOSC Federation Build-up Working Groups: the Competences and Training Working Group and the EOSC Federation Handbook Working Group.

Her European-level work also spans EOSC Gravity, where she supports national stakeholder engagement and contributes to the EOSC Academy. In autumn 2026, she will also begin collaborating with EOSC-Connect. Previously, as part of the EOSC Focus project, she worked on regional stakeholder engagement and cooperation with Widening countries. From 2023 to 2025, Natalia served on an advisory team supporting the Polish Minister of Science in shaping national policy on open research data.
