Arie has over 30 years of experience in data-intensive environments spanning enterprise systems, telecoms, and life sciences. He is a co-author of the seminal FAIR Principles paper, originating from the 2014 Lorentz Conference in Leiden which he moderated. He supports organisations in implementing FAIR data practices and has co-founded several pioneering ventures in FAIR data management, translational research, and drug discovery.
